Autry Rogers Obituary
Autry Leon Rogers, age 75, of Cedar Bluff, AL passed away Saturday morning, January 23, 2016 in a Rome hospital.
A native of Chattooga County, GA Mr. Rogers was born November 25, 1940 son of the late Kenneth Marvin Rogers and Annie Ruth Giles Rogers. Leon was known by all his friends as an avid fisherman and hunter. He retired from Outdoor Supply Company in Coosa after 28 years, and then worked at the Floyd County Jail for 5 years.
Leon is survived by his wife Brenda LeCory Rogers; sons Jackie Leon Rogers and Jeffery Alan Rogers; daughter Wanda Ellen Raboin. Grandchildren Wanda Ren'ee Raboin, Anna Ruth Raboin Hemmerich, Matthew Ryan Raboin, and Andie Renee Rogers. Two sisters Lore'e Brown and Rudine Hamilton, 2 great grandchildren, Benjamin Alan Cross, and Hunter Stark Hemmenich, also survive.
In accordance with Mr. Rogers wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
