Callie Elizabeth Sprayberry Dennis, age 69, of Summerville, passed away Wednesday December 21, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Dennis was born May 1, 1947, in Chattooga, County a daughter of the late Clyde Sprayberry, and Mamie Smith Sprayberry. She was retired from Mohawk Industries. She was preceded in death by brothers, Hugh, Clyde, John and Hubert Spraberry, sisters, Betty Jean Momon, and Shirley O'Neal.
Survivors include her daughters, Tammy (David) Cordle, Summerville; Tina Nichols, Rome; Charlotte (Steve) Drummond, Armuchee; grandchildren, Matthew Cordle, Bethany Cordle, Kyle Nichols, Nikki Dillard, Cherish (Dylan) Fuller, Jonathon Beard; brother, Bobby Sprayberry; sister, Mardell Morgan; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Friday December 23, 2016 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dale Byars, officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until the service hour at 5:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
