CINDA LOU THOMPSON
Cinda passed away Thursday March 30, 2017 at Floyd
Medical Center. She was born on February 5, 1938 to
The late Robert and Mae Rogers. She was preceded in
death by her children Rickey Lee and Robin Renea Hancock.
Brothers Marshall, Jack ,and Bill Dixon and sisters, Margie Shipp
and Glenda Bolton. Two other sisters Frankie and Betty Dixon died
prior to her birth.
Among her many surviving family members include a brother,
Aster Bob Rogers and wife Jan, sisters, Linda Casey, Brenda and husband
Dale Bullen and Barbara Singleton, Surviving grandson. B.J. McGaskey and
wife Samantha and their son Brent, who was the "love of her life ". Another grandson
Dusty Hancock, and granddaughter Seidina Miliner Many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM Monday April 3, 2017 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel. With Dr. Ralph Jenkins, officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Monday, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, GA. 30165.
Interment will be held at East View Cemetery at a later date.
