Doris Warren Obituary

Mrs. Doris Mae Campbell Warren, age 85, of Rome passed away Wednesday October 21, 2015 in a local health care.

Mrs. Warren was born February 20, 1930, in Cherokee County, Alabama, she was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Warren was employed by Celanese Fibers for many years and retired from Gayle-Lord after many years of service, she worked for Sam's Club after her retirement. Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lee Warren, mother, Hazel Ellison, brother, Frank Bryan, Jr. and sister, Geneva Storey.

Survivors include, son, John Warren, Rome; daughter, Donna (Bruce) Pressley, Cedar Bluff; grandchildren, Amanda Ledesma, John W. Warren, Jr. Jessica Lee Alonso, Brooklyn Jill Pressley, Lindsay Glover, Joy Pressley, Marcus Pressley, and Derrick Pressley, 22 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday October 24, 2015 at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Saturday, at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
