Ethel Hester Obituary

Mrs.Ethel Miller Hester, age 100, of Rome passed away Monday August 14, 2017 in a local hospital.

Mrs.Hester was born January 23, 1917 on Sand Mountain, Alabama, a daughter of the late John Miller, and Laura Hendrix Miller. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.P. Hester, and a daughter, Donna Hester Marks and her siblings.

Survivors include, grandsons, Jason (Penny) Marks,; Nathan (Becky) Marks.

Graveside and interment services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday August 17, 2017 at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Dale Levan, officiating.
