Mrs. Fonda Sue Alexander Sexton, age 74, of Rome passed away Wednesday October 25, 2017 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Fonda Sexton was born October 26, 1942 in Tennessee, to the Albert W. Alexander and Pearl Alexander. Mrs. Sexton worked at the Dixie Group Inc. in Dalton, Ga. for 20 years. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Sexton; nephews, Leslie(Belinda)Sexton, and M.K.(Toni) Engram.
Graveside and Interment services will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday October 28, 2017 in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 1370 Kingston Hwy., with Rev. Jerry Branton officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 P.M until 9 P.M. on Friday October 27, 2017 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome Ga. 30165.
The following gentlemen are to serve as pallbearers and are ask to meet at cemetery at 1:45 P.M.: M.K. Engram, Leslie Sexton, Jason Pyles, McClain Pyles, Jake Pyles, Richie Ferguson, Andy McKinney.
