CARROLL, Lucille, 88, Norcross, GA, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Toxie, Carroll, Sr.; children Brenda Cadle and Rev. Toxie Carroll, Jr.; Parents John and Julie Hogan Mitchell; Siblings Grace Spain, Annie Mae Chase, Horace Eugene Hogan, and John Richard Hogan. Survivors: Daughter Janice (Larry Sr.) Wright, Atlanta; Son Rev. Steven (Joy) Carroll, Lawrenceville; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great, great grandchildren. Funeral Service: 1:30 pm Saturday, March 12, Armuchee Church of God, Rome. Officiating: Dr. Michael L. Baker, Rev. Steven L. Carroll. Family receives friends 7-9 pm Thursday at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville and Friday 7-9 pm Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave, Rome.
