Mrs. Minnie Seal Bullard Kiser, age 100, of Rome passed away Thursday March 9, 2017 in a local hospital
Mrs. Kiser was born June 12, 1916, in Dooley County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Kiser, daughter, Betty Hallmark, granddaughter, Madeline Newsom.
Survivors include daughters, Alice Vernon, Rome; Carolyn Parker, Albany: 4 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until hour of the service on Sunday , at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, GA. 30165.
