Mrs. Patricia Elizabeth Langley Bonner, age 66, of Rome passed away Saturday April 5, 2014 at her residence.
Mrs. Bonner was born June 3, 1947 in Floyd County, a daughter of the late Norman Langley and Nina Reynolds Langley. She was a member of Shorter Avenue Baptist Church, ESTA Sunday School Class, Young at Hearts, and WMU. Mrs. Bonner was retired from Walmart after 35 Years of Service. She was preceded in death by, brothers, David Boozer, Ray Langley, sister, Dorothy Fuller.
Survivors include, daughter, Nina (Bill) Bryson, Colbert, GA; sons, Miller (Stacey) Bonner, Cartersville; Oscar (Roxy) Bonner, Jr. Rome; Chris (Susan) Bonner, Centre; sisters, Betty (Lee) Roberson, Rome; Lee (Ernest) Horton, Newnan and Mary Jones, Brother Norman Langley, special niece, Vickie Hazelwood, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday April 8, 2014, at Shorter Avenue Baptist Church, with Rev. Skip Myers, officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service on Tuesday at Shorter Avenue Baptist Church.
Pallbearers include the following gentlemen and are asked to meet by 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday at the church, Danny Bryson, Michael Bryson, Kevin Bonner, Matthew Bonner, Michael Rogers, and Oscar Bonner, III.
Honorary pallbearers include, Samantha VanderKooi, Crissy Griffin, Casey Bonner, Ashley Bonner, Jessica Bonner, Katie Bonner, and Alyssa Jarrett.
