Mrs. Andra Lou McStotts Pope, age 71 of Aragon, passed away Friday June 26, 2020 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Pope was born July 18, 1948, in Floyd County a daughter of the late Rev. Bill McStotts, and Inez Brown McStotts. She was a member of Gordon Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a step daughter, Tammy Adams.
Survivors include her husband Billy Pope, daughter, Kimberly (Joseph) Pugh, step children, Jason ( Misty) Pope, Melissa (Jeff) Williams, brothers, Ronnie (Vanita) McStotts, Lanny ( Kathy) McStotts, sister, Tammy (Gary) Ingram, 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday July 1, 2020 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Williams, Rev. Dennis Pope, and Rev. Kenneth Boatner, officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
Pallbearers include, Tyler Haney, Brent Keeney, Patrick McStotts, Dixon Holtzclaw, Jason Pope, and Jeffery Williams.
