Barbara Sullins Obituary
Mrs. Sullins of Kingston Highway, Kingston, GA 30145 passed away, Wednesday, January 27, 2016 following an extended illness.
Mrs. Sullins was born in Bartow County (Atco), Georgia on August 4, 1932. She was the daughter of the late William (Bill) and Daisy Moreland.
After graduating with an Associate's Degree she worked as a bookkeeper with several companies for 50 years and worked at a Group Home for 4 years before retiring.
Mrs. Sullins was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Lewis W. Sullins, her brother Thomas Moreland, her sister Mary Helen Moreland, brother-in-law Dennis Sullins, brother-in-law Prince Sullins and sister-in-law Bronnie Sullins, brother-in-law Gordon Sullins and sister-in-law Thelma Sullins, sister-in-law Viola Johnson, sister-in-law Maggie Rice, niece Micki Kaplan and very special friends Chris Jolly.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She leaves behind to remember her loving and kind heart, her daughter Cheryl Ann Sullins, special Nieces Theresa Wilson of Cartersville and Lenora Brown of Rome, niece Lannis Byars, nephew Thomas Pratt, and sister-in-Law Pauline Sullins. She will be missed by many special friends, including Randy & Cindy Tullos, and their children Aaron Tullos, Jason Tullos, Jonathan Tullos, and Katie Mitchell and by Evelyn Self.
Honorary pallbearers will be, Roy Dutton, Wayne Nelson, Jim Stansell, Bruce Stansell, Ed Stansell, Rio Wlison, and William Jones
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the Mizpah United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 4053 Kingston Hwy., Kingston, GA 30145.
The family will receive friends January 30, 2016 from 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm at Mizpah United Methodist Church, with grave side services to follow. At other times the family may be contacted at the home of her daughter Cheryl Ann Sullins.
