Mrs. Betty Dennis Abrams, age 86 of Rome passed away Tuesday January 16, 2018 in a local health care.
Mrs. Abrams was born March 28, 1931, in Chattooga County a daughter of the late William Harvey Dennis and Georgia Booker Dennis. Mrs. Abrams was preceded in death by her husband Fred Neal Abrams, a grandson, Alexander Reyes.
Survivors include her children, Sheila Crowe, Walter (Carolyn) Crowe, Jr. Patricia (Kenneth) Height, and Frieda (Michael) Thompson, Elizabeth (Paul) Culberson, grandchildren, Anthony (Stephanie) Crowe, Brenna (Rusty) Canada, Kenneth (Megan) Height, Jr. Stephen (Shae) Height, and Rachel Height, great grandchildren, Jacob Sprayberry, Nealee Sprayberry, and Remington Crowe.
Graveside and interment services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday January 19, 2018 at Morning View Cemetery, with Rev. Corey Wright, officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. on Friday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
Pallbearers include, Mike Thompson, Kenneth Height, Stephen Height, Rusty Canada, Paul Culberson, and Kenny Height.
