Bobbie Denise Kerr Byers, age 57 of Rome passed away Tuesday April 5, 2016 in a local hospital.
Bobbie was born August 8, 1958, in Floyd County, she was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Hope Sunday School Class, a graduate of West Rome High School Class of 1976, Floyd Junior College. Bobbie was a Registered Nurse.
Survivors include a daughter, Aurora Raven Byers, parents, Calvin Lloyd "Baldy" and Paula Allen Kerr, Rome; sister, Peggy (Jim) Kerr Jones, Kennesaw, Ga.; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday April 8, 2016, at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Dale Levan, officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive freinds from 6 until 8 P.M. Thursday April 7, 2016 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
