Chris Wise, age 37, of Cave Spring passed away Wednesday, March 30 at a local hospital.
A native of Floyd County, Chris was born June 23, 1978 son of the late Annie June Barker Wise, who preceded him in death August 20, 2013 and James Scott Wise, who preceded him in death November 12, 2014. Chris was a jokester who could make anyone smile, an incredible husband, father, brother, and son. Chris was a hard worker and even did his mother in law's "honey do" list. He enjoyed off roading, model cars, working on cars, and outdoor activities.
Survivors include his wife, Miranda Paris Wise; children Destiny, Zander, Gabriel, and Makailee Wise; brother Jason(Nina) Wise; sister Marsha and Charles Tant; Father in law Jeff (Vicki) Paris; Mother in law Lisa (Betsy) Crank; Brother in law Jeff Paris; Nieces and nephews Kimberly Tant, Amelia Wise, Isabella Callahan, and Carson Sizemore also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Avenue with Reverend Dale Byars officiating. Interment will follow in Rome Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please contact the family regarding memorial suggestions.
