Danny Edmond Barton, age 65, of Rome passed away Tuesday June 21, 2022.
Danny was born June 7, 1957 in Rome GA., to the late Rufus Edmond Barton and Betty Jean Hampton Barton. He was a truck driver and dump truck driver. Danny enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and spend time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister: Betty Cheryl Barton.
Survivors include his children: Daniel Autry Barton, and Jessica Nicole "Nikki" (Michael Messer) Barton; grandchildren: Willow Barton, David Colt Shelton, Daniel Autry Barton, Jr., Aubrey Olive, and Dallas Autry Barton; sister: Teresa Ann (David) Stewart; nieces: Cristal Swann, Keisha Tanner, and Keira Tanner.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday June 27, 2022 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home with Rev. Alfred Little officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday June 26, 2022 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome GA. 30165.
