Mrs. Emma Jean McCraw, age 83, of Rome passed away Sunday April 7, 2019 in a Cedartown Health and Rehab facility.
Mrs. McCraw was born November 11, 1935, in Floyd County, a daughter of the late Lewis McCraw, and Hazel Allen McCraw. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church, and she was a homemaker. Mrs. McCraw was preceded in death by brothers, Lewis McCraw, John McCraw, sisters, Katherine Silvers, Erma Jean McCraw.
Survivors include son, Teddy McCraw, Armuchee; daughter, Linda Brooks, Rome; grandchildren, Candy Brooks, Kathy Hodges, Jesse Brooks, Steven Brooks, great grandchildren, Trista Harris, Marisa Miller, Kymberly Hodge, Hannah Brooks, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday April 12, 2019 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Glosson, officiating. Interment will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday April 11, 2019 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, GA. 30165.
