Eric Warren Mathis, age 40, of Lindale, passed away January 14, 2015.
Survivors include his brothers, Jamie Collins, Robbie Joe Collins, sisters, Heather Collins, and Tonya Cash, 3 aunts and 1 uncle.
He was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Nancy O'Neal Collins. Grandparent Shirley and Johnny O'Neal.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday January 23, 2015 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Alvin Bullard, officiating. Interment will follow in Lindale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of the service on Friday at Parnick Jennings Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
