Joyce Yarbrough Obituary
Joyce Ayer Yarbrough, age 75, of Silver Creek, passed away Friday January 15, 2021at her residence.
Joyce was born July 31, 1945, in Floyd County, a daughter of the late Taylor Ayer, and Irene Willis Ayer. She was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church, and was retired from Mono Bakery. Joyce was a loving Mom, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Wheeler, and Gordon Yarbrough, brother Jim Ayer, sister, Elaine Wilson.
Survivors include, daughter, Tracy (James) Wheeler Garmon, , brother, David Ayer, sisters, Sherry (Mike) Boyton, grandchildren, Kayla Caldwell, Katie Green, Kevin Gramon, 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Monday January 18, 2021 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:30 P.M. until the funeral home hour. Interment will follow in Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers include the following gentlemen, Chris Caldwell, Chris Green, Scott Wilson, Robert Sizemore, Tristan Caldwell, and Dylan Caldwell.
