Julian Almond Obituary
Mr. Julian Marion "Mickey" Almond age 77, of Rome passed away Thursday June 30, 2022 in an Atlanta Hospital.
Mr. Almond was born April 12, 1945, in Cave Springs, a son of the late Howard Almond, and Willie chandler Almond. He was a member of Calhoun Baptist Avenue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Bettye Hagerty Almond, brothers, Billy Joe Almond, Paul Almond, sisters, Edna Bowman, Shirley Treadaway.
Survivors include, son, Shayne (Melissa) Almond, Brenda Rushworth (Robert) Williams, Wyndie Almond (Ralph) Medley, brother, Robert Lee (Betty Jean) Almond, grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Dalton Almond, Blayne Almond, Michaela Clark, great grandchildren, Grey, Maggie, Remi, Josiah, Chelsea, Tyler, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Sunday July 3, 2022 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until the service hour at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
