Kenneth Brian Lovelace, 63, of Rome passed away Tuesday February 8, 2022 at his residence.
Brian was born on January 15, 1959 in Rome GA., to Mary Frances Cubbedge Lovelace and the late Kenneth Dewayne Lovelace. Brian's grandchildren were his life. He graduted from Coosa High School in 1977 and from Shorter College in 1982. Brian was active in all sports and was an avid golfer and a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, to whom he married on January 19, 1985: Lisa Lovelace; children: Joshua Lovelace, and Heather (Steven) Gatlin; mother: Mary Frances Lovelace; grandchildren: Olivia Lovelace, Jackson Lovelace, Finn, Lovelace, Carolyna Lovelace, Aerowen Gatlin, and Scarlett Gatlin.
Memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday February 14, 2022 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, with Rev. Jerry Dudley officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until service hour on Monday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome GA. 30165.
The family request casual attire or Georgia Bulldog sportswears. Go Dawgs.
