Mrs. Mary Lois Stover Willerson, age 80 of Kingston, passed away Saturday November 19, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Willerson was born June 9, 1936, in Gilmer County, a daughter of the late John Tasker Stover, and Flora Ida Holt Stover. She was employed by Dellinger's Manufacturing, and later retiring from Creswell Nursing Home and was of Baptist Faith. Mrs. Willerson was preceded in death by sisters, Peggy Paris, and Bonnie Ellis.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Willerson, daughter, Debra (Jesse) Self, Kingston; brothers, Fred Stover, Atlanta; Jack (Lavon) Stover, Atlanta; sisters, Elise Hardin, Dalton; Rommie Rittenhouse, Chatsworth; Faye Parris, Kingston; Jane (Dewey) Atchley, Rome; grandchildren, Chris Self, and Shane (Cassandra) Self, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dewey Atchley, officiating. Interment will follow in Morning View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of the service on Wednesday, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
Pallbearers include the following gentlemen, Chris Self, Shane Self, Jeffery Stover, Pete Shepherd, and Joey Hazelwood.
