Melanie Sharon Flemister, age 48, of Rome GA. passed away on May 1, 2022.
Melanie was born on July 17, 1973 in Rome GA. She was the daughter of the late Debra Flemister Smith and Rodney Flemister, grandmother Francis Weldon and grandfather James A. Flemister.
She is survived by her stepmother Kathy Floyd Flemister, a brother Jason Flemister, a niece Katelyn (Chandler) Blum, a nephew Jacob Flemister, grandmother Carolyn Flemister, and several aunts and uncles and a host of cousins and friends, and very special friends Cindy Smith and Tom Dean. Melanie was member of West End Baptist Church. The visitation will be at West End Baptist Church on Saturday May 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12 noon with the service to immediately follow. The service will be conducted by Rev. Greg Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to West End Baptist Church.
