Mitchell Henry Judson "Skeeter" Grant, age 52, of Cedar Bluff, passed away Saturday November 7, 2015.
Skeeter was born February 17, 163, son of the late Doyal Henry Grant, and Louise Davis Grant. He was a member of Hill Crest Baptist Church. Skeeter was employed by General Electric and by Local Union #72. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Grant, and Martha "Tiny" Brewster.
Survivors include, daughters, Jordan Grant, Cedartown; Ansley McGhee, Centre; grandchildren, Brantley and Braxton McGhee, sisters, Frances Grant Brewster, Cedar Bluff; Linda (Marvin) Griffith, Rome; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday November 10, 2015 at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Bobby Stephens, officiating.
