Sandra Dean Cline Westmoreland, age 81, of Rome passed away Friday April 1, 2022.
Sandra was born on December 14, 1940 in Rome GA., to the late Madge Doris Cline. Sandra specialized in cooking, crafts, sewing, and taking care of her cats. Most of all she loved her family- brother, sister, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her church family. Her love for her God and Savior was great. She attended and was a member of Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Wayne Westmoreland.
Survivors include her children: Kim (Donny) Sorrells, Gay Roberson, Waynette (Tim) Roberson, Gina Barker, and Patrick Westmoreland; grandchildren: Jason Hyde, Brooke Hibberts, Brandon Sorrells, Matthew Roberson, Blake Roberson, Chris Robinson, Greg Robinson, Laura Robinson, Savannah McCormick, Brett Barker, Jerry House, Kristen Anglin, Summer Agemy, Hunter Clark, Emily Westmorelandand Corbin Knight; 23 great grandchildren; siblings: Janice Kelley, and Jerry (Betty) Penney; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church, with Rev. Mac McCurry officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service hour on Tuesday at Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church, 735 Old Summerville Rd., Rome GA. 30165.
Pallbearers include the following gentlemen: Jason Hyde, Brandon Sorrells, Blake Robinson, Matthew Roberson, Chris Robinson, Brett Barker, Michael Penney, Corbin Knight, and Austin Hibberts.
