Steve Johnston Obituary
Mr. Steve Lamar Johnston, age 57, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday January 12, 2021.
Steve was born in Floyd County on October 9, 1963 son of James Tillman Johnston and the late Mary Ray Williams. In addition to his mother, Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Shawn David Williams.
Survivors include four sisters, Glenda (Thomas) Jones of Charlotte, NC; Sandra Williams of Rome; Brenda (Oliver) Chambers of Greenville, SC; and Teresa Garcia of Rome. Steve will also be remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
In lieu of funeral services, and to honor Steve's wishes, we ask that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
