Tammy Jo Chastain Kelley, age 51, of Cedartown passed away Tuesday March 10, 2020 at a local hospital.
Tammy was born December 31, 1968 in Akron Ohio, to the Denis Chastain and Gloria Blake Chastain. She was preceded in death by a grandchild: Brittany Chastain; and a sister: Barbara Jean Simpson.
Survivors include four daughters: Candice Chastain, Kristi Kelley, Erika Chastain, and Tonya Kelley; eight grandchildren; three sisters: Tina Acrey, Barbie Chastain, and Dede Chastain.
No formal services have been scheduled at this time and will be held at a later date.
Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
