Teresa Marlene Rickett Hanks, age 55, of Cedar Bluff, passed away Friday March 9, 2018 in a Gadsden, Alabama hospital.
Teresa was born March 6, 1963 in Floyd County, a daughter of the late Jerry Rickett, and Frances Mullinax Rickett. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Hanks, daughters, Amy Hanks, and DeAnna Hanks, both of Cedar Bluff; brother, Don (Joyce) Rickett; Cedar Bluff; sister, Nina (Frankie) McDaniel, Cedar Bluff; chosen son, Bryan Early, grandson, Trayson Hank, special friends, Debra Brown, Debbie Shaw, and Susan Crane, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. (Ga. Time) Monday March 12, 2018 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Crane, and Rev. Terry Hawkins, officiating. Interment will follow in Hardeman Cemetery in Faril. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of the service, on Monday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165/
Pallbearers include, Earl Hanks, Johnny Hanks, Bryan Early, Christopher Rickett, Frankie McDaniel, and Willie Reeves.
