Venica Belinda Rogers, age 58, of Rome passed away Friday February 19, 2016 at her residence.
Venica was born November 7, 1957 in Floyd County, a daughter of the late John Henry Rogers, and Emily Bennett Adams. She was a member of North Rome Church of God. She was employed by Regis Beauty Salon. Venica was preceded in death by brother, John Timothy Rogers, and sister, Deborah Adams.
Survivors include her sons, Scotty (Marla) Rogers, Tuscaloosa, Al; Joshua Berrong, Rome; sisters, Regina Rogers Harvey, Rome; brothers, Jimmy Rogers, Atlanta; grandchildren, Austin Rogers, Madison Rogers, Jordynn Berrong, Christopher Berrong, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday February 26, 2016 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel with. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends hour prior to the service on Friday, at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
