Vera Evelyn McLendon, age 73, of Rockmart passed away on Wednesday November 13, 2019 at her residence.
Vera was born February 10, 1946 in Floyd County to the late Forest Jackson and Eva Jane Bynun Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley McLendon Sr.
Survivors include son: Wesley McLendon Jr.; sisters: Jean Parks, Jane Duran, and Roberta Caldwell.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until service hour on Wednesday at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome GA. 30165.
