Victoria Gibby "Big Mama" Blakley Utley, age 59, of Rome passed away Tuesday May 2, 2017 in a local hospital.
Victoria was born January 5, 1958 in Floyd County. She was daughter of the late Gilbert and Beulah Blakeley.
Survivors include her husband, Mikle Utley, sons, Kevin (Ashley) Utley, Josh Garner, daughters, Crystal Utley, Angela Dobbins, sister, Barbara (Paul) Ely, 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
