Daniel Gaspar, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, at the age of thirty-four. He was born beneath the wide sky of Los Angeles, California, on February 16, 1991, to Juan Sebastian and Magdalena Tucker. 

Daniel grew into a man whose days were always accompanied by sound and movement. Music followed him like a faithful companion. He worked out with the same devotion, knowing that strength was not only of the body but of the will. He enjoyed a good meal, fish, burritos, and tortas, with the appreciation of someone who understood the small joys that knit life together. In quieter moments, he journeyed into the worlds of his video games, crossing landscapes of imagination where he could rest from the burdens of the day.

His heart, however, belonged entirely to his daughter, Estrella Mei Gaspar. She was the guiding star of his life, the place where all his hopes gathered. He loved her more than life itself, with a love that endured through every challenge and blossomed each time she smiled. And to his life partner of fifteen years, Carrie Jenkins, walked beside him through those seasons, sharing in the joys, the work, and the dreams that formed the story of their family.

Daniel’s parents, Juan and Magdalena, as well as his brothers, Nestor Gaspar, Moises Gomez, and Tony Gomez, and his sister, Aniston Sebastian, all carry memories of him woven with affection. They remember the sound of his laughter, the quiet determination in his character, and the warmth he offered without hesitation.

Not long before his passing, Daniel gave his life to Christ. This turning was gentle yet profound, like the moment dawn begins to lift the darkness. It brought him peace, the kind that settles over the soul like a soft mantle, assuring him that he was seen, known, and loved by the One who calls each of us home.

The services to honor Daniel’s life will be held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home chapel. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Pastor Hector Navarrete will officiate, and Moises Gomez will serve as the speaker. Nestor Gaspar, Tony Gomez, Moises Gomez, Juan Sebastian, Shawn Tucker, Reynaldo Valtazar, Juan Martinez, Juan Ochoa, and Mario Manuel will escort Daniel to his final resting place at Lindale Cemetery, carrying him with the solemn tenderness of those who loved him.

Daniel creció hasta convertirse en un hombre cuyos días siempre estaban acompañados de sonido y movimiento. La música lo seguía como un compañero fiel. Se ejercitaba con la misma devoción, sabiendo que la fortaleza no solo pertenece al cuerpo, sino también a la voluntad. Disfrutaba de una buena comida pescado, burritos y tortas con la apreciación de alguien que entendía que son esas pequeñas alegrías las que sostienen la vida. En sus momentos más tranquilos, viajaba a los mundos de sus videojuegos, cruzando paisajes de imaginación donde podía descansar del peso del día.

Sin embargo, su corazón pertenecía por completo a su hija, Estrella Mei Gaspar. Ella era la estrella que guiaba su vida, el lugar donde se reunían todas sus esperanzas. La amaba más que a la vida misma, con un amor que perduró a través de cada desafío y florecía cada vez que ella sonreía. Y a su compañera de vida durante quince años, Carrie Jenkins, quien caminó a su lado en todas esas temporadas, compartiendo las alegrías, el esfuerzo y los sueños que formaron la historia de su familia.

Sus padres, Juan y Magdalena, así como sus hermanos Néstor Gaspar, Moisés Gómez y Tony Gómez, y su hermana Aniston Sebastián, llevan consigo recuerdos de él tejidos con cariño. Recuerdan el sonido de su risa, la determinación silenciosa de su carácter y la calidez que ofrecía sin dudar.

Poco antes de su partida, Daniel entregó su vida a Cristo. Este giro fue suave pero profundo, como el momento en que el amanecer comienza a disipar la oscuridad. Le trajo una paz que se asentó sobre su alma como un manto suave, asegurándole que era visto, conocido y amado por Aquel que nos llama a cada uno de nosotros a casa.

Los servicios para honrar la vida de Daniel se llevarán a cabo en la capilla de Good Shepherd Funeral Home. La visitación será el viernes 21 de noviembre de 2025, de 12:00 p.m. a 7:00 p.m. El servicio fúnebre se celebrará el domingo 23 de noviembre de 2025. El Pastor Héctor Navarrete oficiará, y Moisés Gómez servirá como orador. Néstor Gaspar, Tony Gómez, Moisés Gómez, Juan Sebastián, Shawn Tucker, Reynaldo Valtazar, Juan Martínez, Juan Ochoa y Mario Manuel acompañarán a Daniel a su lugar de descanso final en el Cementerio de Lindale, llevándolo con la ternura solemne de quienes lo amaron.
