Danny and his childhood friends Eddie Overby built huts together when they were kids, he also cherished spending time with Jackie Grissom, they were both his lifelong friends. Later in life, he really enjoyed spending time with his dear friend Stephanie Reed. He indulged in home cooked meals; his favorite food was Chicken and Dumplings with a cold sprite.
