Debra Ownbey Obituary
Debra Jean Ownbey, age 56, passed away Saturday October 29, 2016 at her residence.
Debra was born March 21, 1960, in Rome, a daughter of the late Donald Howard Vasser, and Ovaline Maxwell Vasser. She was a 1978 graduate of Armuchee High School, she loved the outdoors, especially the beach, loved her dog and roosters, she had a unique attitude. Mrs. Ownbey was a caregiver and enjoyed helping others.
Survivors include her husband, Mickey Owenby, sons, Alan Watkins, Jason Ownbey, daughters, Holly Owenby, Jessica Agan. brother, David Vasser, sisters, Teresa (Gene) Ely, Janice Collins, along with four grandchildren.
Graveside and interment services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday November 4, 2016 at Floyd Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
