Donna Kay Overman, age 72, of Centre, Alabama, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Donna was born on August 4, 1953, in Rome, Georgia, to the late Troy Newman Odom and Ruby Lee Morgan Odom. She was a longtime resident of Centre, Alabama, and a proud graduate of Cave Spring High School.

Donna was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the love she had for her family. She lived a simple and meaningful life, cherishing time spent with those closest to her.

She is survived by her son, Michael Wayne Davis; her grandson, Brandon Wayne Davis; her sister, Pamela Hunt; and her nephew, Jon Craig Hunt.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her sons, Brandon Shawn Davis and Marcus Stephen Davis.
A graveside service will be held on March 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Donna’s memory.
