Jacqueline Sanders Fox
May 30, 1934 - November 25, 2025
Jacqueline Sanders Fox age 91 went home to be with the lord on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Mrs. Fox was born in Adairsville, GA on May 30, 1934.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy Sanders and late Bernice Turner Sanders. She was preceded in death by her husband Marshal E, Fox, and a son-in-law Darrell Ritchie.
Mrs. Fox moved to Rome, GA at the age of 16. She was a 1952 graduate of Pepperell High school. She was voted best looking for senior year. After graduation she attended business school in Atlanta, GA. She met and married the love of her life Marshal Fox. She was the office manager for several businesses in Rome. Several years before she retired, her and her husband kept children in their home.
She was a faithful member of Garden Lakes Baptist church. She was a Charter member at West Rome Christian church and Seven Hills Christian Church.
Mrs. Fox will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was affectionately called “Granny or Jack Jack”.
She is survived by a Son Michael E. Fox (Susan) and daughter Jan Ritchie all of Rome and grandchildren Katie King, Jennifer Holloway, Allison Fox, and great grandchildren, Cody Holloway (Emily), Abby Holloway and Jacob Cravens. Also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Services will be held at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 03, 2025, with a Visitation from 12:00PM – 1:45PM and Graveside at 2:00PM at Oaknoll Memorial Gadens. Chaplin Alan Fuller will be officiating. Cody Holloway, Jacob Cravens and great grandsons will also serve as pallbearers.
