Juanita “Jenny” Rivera Morales, of Rockmart, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She was seventy-five years old. Jenny was born on June 16, 1950, in her cherished homeland, Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, to the late Isabelo Rivera and Teresa Melendez, a place she carried in her heart for all her days.
In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by the great love of her life, her beloved husband, Luis Ernesto Morales. Also reuniting with her in eternity are her brothers, Santos Rivera, Carlos Torres Melendez, Daniel Rivera and her sister, Ibbis Melendez. After years of faithful endurance and waiting, Jenny and Luis are now together again, never to be parted.
Jenny is survived by her five heartbeats, her treasured children: Enix Morales, Jennifer Morales, Luis E. Morales, Merari Morales, and Keren Morales. Extending her legacy are her treasured grandchildren, Jerenix, Jailenix, Ayelen, Jenexy, Kiyanah, Emmanuel, Natalia, Zyra, Kemen, Kali and Sebastian, in whom her love continues to echo. She also leaves behind her brothers, Joselito Rivera, Isabelo Rivera, Nicolas Rivera, and Damaso Rivera; and her sisters, Elba Iris Rivera, Carmen Frances Rivera, and Debora Rivera.
