In Loving Memory of Linda Stoner
Linda Stoner, beloved wife of Tommy Stoner for 58 years, peacefully passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 78.
Born on June 24, 1946, Linda dedicated her life to her family, friends, and her faith. She exemplified Christian virtues through a lifetime devoted to Christ and her family. She dedicated her life to supporting her husband's ministry and spreading the message of hope through gospel music. Her warm smile and compassionate heart touched the lives of all who knew her, making her a cherished member of her community. Linda was known for her warmth, her ability to listen without judgment, and her kind heart. She welcomed everyone with open arms, making them feel valued and loved. Linda touched the lives of many with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith in God.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Tommy, her devoted children Lynnette Harris (Terry), Shelton Stoner, Susie Schultz (Chris), Mary Cerniglia (Tony), and her adoring ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
The family invites friends and loved ones to join in celebrating Linda’s life and legacy at Good Shepherd Funeral Home in Rome, Ga. Visitation will be Thursday, July 11 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be Friday, July 9 at 2 pm. Interment will follow at East View Cemetery. Pallbearers include Rick Phinazee Jr., Hunter Schultz, Colin Stoner, Caleb Harris, Jonathan Harris, and Joey Cerniglia.
