Michael Clayton "Clay" Surber, age 33, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed Thursday October 29, 2015.
Clay was born October 15, 1982, in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his father Michael Lee Surber.
Survivors include his mother Joyce Henderson Surber, brother, Hugh Barton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday November 3, 2015 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bobby Stephens, officiating. Interment will follow in Morning view Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8p.m. Monday November 2, 2015 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.'s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.
