Nancy Freeman

Nancy Marie Trammell Freeman passed away on January 17, 2026. She was born in Rome, GA, on November 2, 1938, the daughter of Hazel Shaw Trammell and Elbert H. Trammell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hugh F. Freeman; her son, Jeffrey H. Freeman; her sister, Janice T. Shiflett; and her brothers, Ronnie Trammell, Tony Trammell, Allin Trammell and Jim Trammell. She is survived by her son, Joey D. Freeman, and her nieces and nephews.

A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at East View Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
