Norine M. Jarrell, 68, of Cave Spring, Georgia, passed away on December 8, 2025. She was born on December 2, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, to her parents Pauline Joyce StClair and Edward Doyle, both now deceased.

Norine lived a simple, quiet life filled with the things she enjoyed most. She loved drinking coffee, watching her favorite TV shows, and playing games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Christmas was her favorite time of year, and she took pride in decorating her home and putting up lights for the neighborhood to enjoy.

Her faith meant a great deal to her. She was a member of the Church of God and often spent her evenings praying and visiting her prayer house.

Norine is survived by her daughter, Felicia Stanley (Corey); her grandchildren, Amelia “AJ” Stanley and Walter “WC” Stanley; her sister, Patricia Dill (Ken); her partner and caregiver, Jerry Blalock; her nephew, Johnny Doyle; and other family members and friends who will miss her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Jarrell, and her parents, Pauline Joyce StClair and Edward Doyle.

Pallbearers will be:
Kyle Blalock, Casey Blalock, Caleb Binkley, Chris Miller, Leland Miller, and Blake Roberson.

A private service will be held for the family. Good Shepherd Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
