It is with great sadness that we announce that Ricky Gabriel Gresham, 53, of Rome, GA passed away peacefully to be with our Lord and Savior on May 25, 2025 following a lengthy battle with illness.
Ricky was born in Rome, Ga on January 16, 1972, Son of Ricky and Rita Gresham. Preceded by his Grandparents; Howard and Ruth Gresham and Romeo and Jeannette DiPrima. He was a long-time successful entrepreneur and business owner, owning and operating automotive shops, towing companies, recovery, and transport companies. Ricky lived a life full of adventures and love, a faithful servant of God, he spent his time taking care of his family, taking trips, finding new restaurants to enjoy, riding his motorcycles and four wheelers, and experiencing all the wonders he could of our World all while giving to all around him.
Survivors include his loving wife, Ginger Ann Gresham whom he Loved and Cherished through 25 years of marriage; Two loving Daughters, Cassie Shae Connell and Marina Shantalle Spearman with her husband, Chris; Grandchildren, Maizy and Jude. Loving parents Ricky Vance Gresham and Rita Jeannette DiPrima Gresham; Sister, Rita Maria Gresham Wright with her husband, Jody, sons Austin(Brittnee) and Michael; Brother, Mario Vance Gresham with wife, Jennie, daughters Alana, Hallie and son Raiden.
Ricky loved life, loved giving, and loved his family and friends immeasurably. His memory will always be carried in our hearts, and may it be an everlasting blessing for all the lives he touched, Fly High 55.
A celebration of life will be held, hosting friends and family, Monday, June 2, 2025 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Located at 2750 Shorter Ave. Rome Ga, 30165 from 12-2pm. Funeral services will immediately follow. With the burial at Eastview Cemetery
Pallbearers consist of caring and supportive family members; Raiden, Chris, Austin, Jody, Lance, and Mario.
