Sidney Van Pierce

Sidney Van Pierce, age 65, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023.

His life partner Nicole Edwards wrote:

He is my life, my best friend, an honorable and loved man. He had a big family in his brothers of the IBEW LU 613, his brotherhood to this man was the most important part of his life.

We will be holding a memorial service in the home we shared and I will pass along details as I have them. Anyone who was a brother to the best man and friend I have ever known, is a brother and family to me as well. I love you and thank you for all the years, laughs and good times y’all gave him.

He was a man among men and an instant friend to anyone he met. He will be missed dearly, as the universe has lot one of the best men to ever inhabit it.

He was preceded in death by his mother Stella Victoria Pruitt and his father Sidney Frank Pierce and his sister Melody Kay Anglin. Survivors include his life partner Nicole Edwards, his stepfather Charles Anglin, daughter, Ashley Lynn Pierce, brothers Charles Anglin Jr., Mark Anglin and Anthony Pierce,

The family has chosen cremation at this time and will be honoring his life at a later date.
