In Loving Memory of Taylor Ann Smith

Taylor Ann Smith, age 33, of Rome, Georgia, passed away far too soon, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and a memory that will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Born on May 27, 1992, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, Taylor’s life journey carried her through Iowa, Kentucky, and Georgia, where she built meaningful connections and touched many lives along the way. She was known for her beautiful smile, her love for animals, and the kindness she showed to those in need. Taylor had a gentle spirit and a caring heart, always quick to offer help, compassion, and warmth to others.

Those who knew Taylor will remember the joy she brought into a room, her big heart, and the way her smile could brighten even the hardest days. Her life held both beautiful moments and difficult struggles, and through it all, she remained deeply loved by her family.

Her story is one of love, humanity, and the lasting impact she made on the people closest to her.

Above all, Taylor loved her family. She leaves behind her beloved sons, Lucian Colden Hafner, age 12, and Waylon Drake Fletcher, age 3, who were the greatest joys of her life. She is also survived by her parents, Christopher Smith and Brenda Smith; her brother, Zachory Oriah Smith; her sister, Kaycee Lea Smith; her niece, Avery Smith; her nephew, Lincoln Smith; and many other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory forever.

Taylor’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, especially in the lives of her precious boys, for whom memorial contributions may be made in their honor.
